Yes! We can perform most normal mechanical repairs. We require a key and the battery to be removed before service if possible. We will not charge the bike overnight. Electronic repairs may sometimes be possible by working with the manufacturer if the e-bike is UL-2849 certified. A $50 consultation fee will be part of the cost in addition to any service as diagnosing and troubleshooting e-bikes is very time consuming.
We cannot work on these type of products or order parts for them. The standards for bike parts are not always followed and they can be very dangerous and hard to diagnose. Please contact the manufacturer, store you purchased it from, or small engine repair shop for service.
